The OPPO A15 launched in India in October 2020. It was soon followed by OPPO A15s in December. A month prior to that, the phone received a price cut. However, its price was once again increased in July 2021. Now, the price of the device has been slashed yet another time in the country.

OPPO has partnered with telecom operator Jio in India to offer a price cut on the 3GB + 32GB variant of the 10-month-old OPPO A15. This version of the device carries a price tag of ₹10,990. But now, it can be purchased at ₹9,991 (₹999 off). Additionally, users can avail Jio recharge benefits worth ₹7,000 as well as no-cost EMI plans.
As far as the handset is concerned, the OPPO A15 sports a plastic build and a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD panel. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with LPDDR4x RAM.
The phone houses a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 13MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. It also has a 5MP selfie camera inside a dewdrop notch.
Other features include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS, 3.5mm headphone jack, MicroSD card slot, and a MicroUSB port. Last but not least, the smartphone runs ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10 and it gets its juice from a 4,230mAh battery with support for 10W charging.
