Bose is keeping the spotlight on it after its recent unveiling of the QuietComfort 45 headphones. It is introducing its first Dolby Atmos Soundbar – the Smart Soundbar 900. The flagship Soundbar is priced at $899.95.Bose Smart Soundbar 900

Bose Smart Soundbar 900 packs several impressive features and it’s bound to shift focus from Bose’s forte-home theater systems. It features Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC, multi-room Wi-Fi music playback, and AirPlay 2. The Soundbar 900 is compatible with a few Voice Assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

It allows audio streaming via Bluetooth. The design philosophy of the Smart Soundbar 900 is embodied in its innovative features which place the device above some of its competitors, like the Sonos Arc, which lacks the Bluetooth audio streaming feature. The design is also impressive as it guarantees an overall immersive sound experience with the soundbar. Bose Smart Soundbar 900

The Bose Smart Soundbar 900 will be available from September 23rd, while preorders can be made right now.  The company, in unveiling the Soundbar, issued a press statement highlighting the excellent functionality and realism that the Smart Soundbar 900 offers. The device also performs excellently even when there is no Dolby Atmos content, as the horizontal spatial effects are quite effective. In addition,  Bose TrueSpace technology takes over for the vertical experience, remixing signals even without adding a ceiling speaker.Bose Smart Soundbar 900

There will be two color variants available for the Smart Soundbar 900 – black and white. There are a few other accessories that could be attached like rear speakers and subwoofers. However, if these additional compatible devices are factored in, then the price of the full package is bound to exceed its $900 price tag.
