MediaTek had earlier launched the Kompanio 1300T, which can be used in high-end tablet computers this year, empowering tablet computers with flagship-level features. The new 900T chip that has just been unveiled will also bring users a high-performance experience.

The Kompanio 900T is manufactured based on the latest 6nm advanced technology and adopts an octa-core CPU architecture design. The Kompanio 900T supports flagship LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage and can be adapted to a 2K resolution 120Hz refresh rate screen. In addition, the new platform also integrates a 5G modem, supports SA/NSA dual-module network, covers 5G Sub-6GHz full-band full Netcom, supports 5G dual-carrier aggregation and VoNR services, and other 5G key technologies. It also supports 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. SDR video content can be enhanced to a display effect close to HDR, and HDR10 can be upgraded to HDR10+.

MediaTek said that the Kompanio series of platforms have been widely adopted by many equipment manufacturers around the world, creating mobile computing devices including Chromebook notebook computers and tablet computers that are popular all over the world.
