Last week, Vivo took wraps off the Vivo X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ smartphones in China. The latest series has some incremental upgrades in cameras and also brings refreshed internals with up to the Snapdragon 888+ SoC. Today, the phones went on sale in the Chinese market starting at CNY 4,299(~$665).
Recently, Vivo revealed that the X70 series achieved the highest number of pre-registrations in the CNY 4000+ segment. Out of the three phones in the series, the X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ are now on sale and can be purchased from all online and offline authorized channels in China. Here’s the pricing of the X70 phones in the country.

The Vivo X70 Pro comes in Nebula, White, and Black colors, whereas, the X70 Pro+ has Glass Black, Blue, and Orange colors.
Vivo X70 and X70 Pro+ Specifications
The Vivo X70 Pro has a 6.56-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full-HD+ resolution. It has a quad-camera system with a 50MP Sony IMX766V main lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 12MP portrait lens, and lastly an 8MP periscope sensor. It is powered by the Exynos 1080 chipset and has up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. It has a 4,450mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
The Vivo X70 Pro+ sports a larger 6.78-inch display with a 2K(3200 x 1440 pixels) resolution. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. It also features a quad-camera system with a 50MP Samsung GN1 sensor, a 48MP micro-pan-tilt ultra-wide lens, a 12MP Sony IMX 663 portrait sensor, and an 8MP telescope lens. Under the hood, it has the Snapdragon 888+ chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal stortage. It packs a slightly larger 4,500mAh battery and has faster 55W fast charging support.
