Asus, the Taiwan-based company known for its computers and gaming smartphones, had recently announced two new devices in the Chinese market. The company’s latest products — Asus Lingyao Pro 14 and Lingyao Pro 16 laptops are now up for sale in China.

ASUS Lingyao Pro

As the name indicates, the devices come with 14-inch and 16-inch screens respectively, offering HDR and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support. The 14-inch model supports a 90Hz refresh rate for the 2.5K OLED screen whereas the 16-inch model gets a 120Hz refresh rate for its 4K OLED panel.

Under the hood, the Lingyao Pro 14 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H or AMD Ryzen 9 5900H processor, coupled with a 4GB NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphics processor. It also packs dual fans and dual heat pipes to keep the temperature in check. On the other hand, the Lingyao Pro 16 features 4GB of RTX 3050 Ti GPU. In terms of memory configuration, it goes up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.

ASUS Lingyao Pro 14

Both the devices come equipped with a fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the power button and also supports Windows Hello login. Along with a standard trackpad, the laptops also feature a keyboard with a numpad.

The Asus Lingyao Pro 14 is powered by a 63Wh battery while the Lingyao Pro 16 comes powered by a 54Wh battery. Coming to the pricing, the device starts at 6,999 yuan (~$1,082) for the base model while the top-end variant costs 8,999 yuan (~$1,391).
