On Sept. 17, OPPO announced the Find X3 Photographer Edition in China. It comes in a new paint job and a special package. The limited-edition smartphone has gone on sale today in China.

The Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition looks like the classic Kodak 35 camera as it back panel features a metallic glass portion with electroplated silver paint and the remaining part is made up of rough-grained leather that assists in a firm grip. In terms of specs, it is not different from the regular OPPO Find X3 Pro.

The OPPO Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition has a 67-inch LTPO AMOLED display that supports Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The rear shell of the device features a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 13-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and a 3-megapixel microscopic camera.

The Snapdragon 888 mobile platform powers the Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition. It comes with 16 GB of RAM and built-in storage of 512 GB. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging and 30W wireless charging. It is OPPO’s first smartphone to run on the all-new ColorOS 12, which is based on Android 11 OS.

The Find X3 Photographer Edition is priced at 6,499 Yuan (~$1,000) in China. It is unclear whether the company will be releasing the limited-edition model in markets outside China.
