Oppo on Monday has officially announced the Oppo F19s smartphone in India. It is a Diwali Edition device that will go on sale from October 3 on Flipkart. Ahead of its sale, the smartphone was spotted at a storefront in India.
The retail box does not reveal anything significant other than showing the phone’s branding and a huge ‘F’ denoting the F-series. In addition, some live images of the phone in the Diwali Edition a.k.a Glowing Gold were also surfaced.
The Oppo F19s’ new colour has all the specs same as the original F19s smartphone. It comes with a 6.43-inch punch-hole display with a Full-HD+ resolution. Upfront, it has a 16MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera and boasts a triple rear camera system.
It has a 48MP main lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and lastly a 2MP macro sensor. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 11GB of virtual RAM support. The smartphone houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for a 33W Flash Charge technology. As for security, it has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Oppo F19s Glowing Gold (Diwali Edition) costs ₹19,990(~$271) for the sole 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. As said earlier, it will go up for sale on October 3 in India.
