Apple continues to generate intense speculations both with its incoming offerings and its current products. The iPhone 14 seems to be getting the attention of more tipsters and industry experts including Gurman. The Bloomberg expert believes the fact that there were minimal design changes observed on the iPhone 13 series could indicate Apple could be working on a significantly different design model in the iPhone 14 series both for the vanilla and Pro version, as well as other variants.

It has been speculated previously that the iPhone 14 will not come with the notch present in current models. The Pro model, as per the previous rumors, will have a punch-hole design when it is unveiled in 2022. Some pretty reliable tipsters have affirmed that indeed, the iPhone 14 Pro will come with a punch-hole in place of the notch, and some renders seem to support this position. It is also believed that Apple may also be working on an under-display Touch ID and foldable display architectures, possibly from 2023 upwards. Several tipsters have also hinted that Apple is seriously developing a foldable iPhone in the coming years.

Samsung has already put itself as a leader in foldable displays through the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip smartphones.
