DJI’s upcoming Mavic 3 drone has been the subject of much speculation and leaks recently. The scenario is yet to abate as shown in the latest leak of images of the drone showing some fine details of the device. The DJI Mavic 3 is scheduled for release on November 5, as tweeted by the company via its official Twitter handle.DJI Mavic 3

The Mavic 3 is primed to offer overall improvements from its predecessor in terms of video recording capabilities and other important features. The new images show the drone folded and taped onto a tray plate on a tripod, with the blurred outline of a person holding the basic remote controller of the device. The new RC Pro DJI Smart Controller will only be part of the package for the DJI Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo.

The image of the battery of the DJI Mavic 3 also reveals clearly that it is a massive improvement from its predecessors and will over a greater range for the drone. The battery is loaded from the back of the drone and bears some close semblance with the DJI FPV model. There are four visible LED lights indicating the charge status of the battery and on/off functionality.

The tipster Jasper Ellens via Twitter also states that the new DJI Mavic 3 drone battery is 30% bigger than its predecessor and offers up to 46 minutes in additional flight time for the device. These improvements could be very substantial and will also reflect in the pricing of the DJI Mavic 3. However, we await the official specs outlay for the Mavic 3 series, and these details will be available as we inch closer to the November 5 launch date for the DJI Mavic 3.
