Vivo‘s upcoming smartphone under the V-series has been in the news quite often lately. The model known as Vivo V23e has now appeared on the database of benchmark app GeekBench. The Vivo bears the model number V2116 which has a history dating back to July when it first appeared on the IMEI database listed as Vivo V23e. The V2116 also appeared at Bluetooth SIG in September. That isn’t all, just a few days back, a hands-on video of the model appeared online giving us our first look at the device.
Coming to the GeekBench listing, the device is listed with a MediaTek Helio A22 chipset paired with a staggering 8GB RAM. It will run on the Android 11 operating system which will likely have a touch of Funtouch OS 12. The device polled a total score of 473 points on the single-core test and 1,668 points on the multi-core test. The GeekBench listing, as usual, isn’t generous with details of the model. Also, the specs and Geekbench scores don’t match up so we’ll take this with some doubt.
The earlier leaked video shows the device will pack a triple 64MP camera setup at the rear while the selfie aspect will be piloted by a 50MP front camera. The device will also be powered by a 4,030 mAh battery with 44W charging.
