Samsung Electronics is extending its tradition of releasing custom-made products to its home market with the unveiling of its latest 20kg dryer. The Bespoke Grande Dryer AI has been certified by the Korean regulator as the product with the largest drying capacity in the country presently.
Samsung has maintained a focus on the production of high-capacity dryers domestically since the beginning of 2021. In a press statement to herald the release of the Bespoke Grande Dryer AI in Korea, the company said that up to 60% of its dryer sales have come from products with 17kg capacity or higher this year. The Bespoke Grande AI 20kg dryer is an improvement of the 19kg model from Samsung. It has a bigger drying capacity largely due to Samsung increasing the heat transfer area of the condenser unit of the heat exchanger by about 18%. The design efficiency was also ramped up to provide substantial gains in drying capacity.
Due to its unchanged size, the new Grande Dryer AI will attract the attention of individuals and corporates needing to optimize their drying operations. The new product seems to have inherited the features and advantages of the existing Bespoke Grande Dryer AI, with an expanded drying capacity. The custom product deployed several of Samsung’s proprietary technologies in the heating and drying components to give an overall great dryer. There are substantial improvements in the time to dry clothing using the new Bespoke Dryer AI 20kg dryer.
As quality support for the product, Samsung is offering a lifetime warranty service for repairs and free replacements of the digital inverter motors and digital inverter compressors that may break down while using the product. The Bespoke Grande Dryer AI 20kg retails in Korea from 1,749,000 won ($1,492).
