Luxury tech brand Caviar is making a grand entrance into the e-bike market with their latest offering, the Herzog, a customized Porsche eBike Cross 3rd Gen. This luxurious design takes the already stylish e-bike and elevates it to a whole new level with the inclusion of 18K gold and golden carbon fiber parts.

This isn’t Caviar’s first foray into luxury customization. They’ve established themselves as experts in transforming everyday gadgets into masterpieces, from smartphones and gaming consoles to smartwatches and even sneakers. Their clientele, 39% of whom own a Porsche car, is known for their appreciation for the finer things, and the Herzog perfectly complements that taste.
The Porsche eBike Cross 3rd Gen is a sleek and sporty e-bike known for its powerful Shimano motor, impressive design, and comfortable ride. Caviar has taken this foundation and added a layer of pure luxury with the gold accents.
The meticulous craftsmanship behind the Herzog is evident. Each bike takes up to four months to create, involving delicate jewelry work to incorporate the gold elements seamlessly. This dedication to detail is sure to resonate with collectors and luxury enthusiasts.
For those with a deeper appreciation for Porsche’s history, the name “Herzog” holds a special significance. It’s a nod to the Württemberg Dukes, the dynasty that ruled Stuttgart, the birthplace of Porsche. The company’s logo itself features elements from the family’s coat of arms.
While the technical specifications are still being finalized, Caviar expects to have the design work completed by the end of summer and the e-bikes ready for sale by early 2025. Priced at $44,000, the Herzog comes with an additional perk – a brand new iPhone 16 in a Caviar design.
