Ahead of its projected February 2022 launch of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, the first real-life pictures of the new device have surfaced online. The new images are coming on the heels of several renders and rumors concerning the S22 lineup. The photos further help to illuminate the flagship offering in the S22 lineup. The previous renders and specs details have revealed much about the S22 and the additional real-life photos reveal a few more details.
The pictures show the curved edges of the device, away from the previous speculation that it will have flat edges. The photos also confirm the presence of the S-Pen and there is a slot for slotting the S-Pen into the device. The camera setup includes a 108MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, a 10MP 3X telephoto module, and a 10MP 10X telephoto module.
The real-life photos show that the Galaxy S22 Ultra bears a closer semblance to the Galaxy note more than the Galaxy S series. The back of the S22 Ultra has a matte finish and six cutouts for the main camera setup, the laser autofocus module, as well as the LED flash.
As we await its February 2022 projected unveiling, more details will become available for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, as well as the other smartphones on the S22 lineup.
