A tipster Digital Chat Station has added some more details to the earlier leaked info about the Oppo Reno 7 series, with a focus on the Pro and Pro+. There are three models in the Oppo Reno 7 series and it is not yet clear when Oppo will officially unveil the models. However, as per the specs leak by Digital Chat Station, some pricing details were also provided.
The base model is the Oppo Reno 7 and it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip, and a 64MP main cam. The battery is 4,500mAh and the device supports 33W charging. The Reno 7 is the lightest of the series, weighing 171g. The Oppo Reno 7 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset, offer 65W fast charging, and has a 64MP main camera. The battery of the Reno 7 Pro is 4,500mAh and the smartphone weighs 185g. The Oppo Reno 7 Pro+ will be powered by a customized MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Max chip, with a 4,500mAh battery and 65W charging available. It has a 50MP primary camera and it sports a thin and lightweight design (weighs just 180g).
The Oppo Reno 7 Pro+ will likely have a 90Hz display refresh rate with a 6.5-inch 1080p+ AMOLED panel. The 50MP camera will have a Sony IMX766 sensor. There is also an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP front-facing camera. The base model will have 8GB/256GB and could cost CNY 3,000 ($465), which can be upgraded to 12GB of RAM. The upgraded model is priced at CNY 3,300 ($515). As we await the official release of the Oppo Reno 7 series, we keep our fingers crossed.
