Brazilian tech giant Multilaser has officially launched four new tablets in the market. The Multilaser M8 4G, M8 Wi-Fi, Canine Patrol Chase themed tablet, and Canine Patrol Skye themed tablet. While the former two models cater for the general public, the latter two devices are designed for kids.
The Multilaser M8 4G is priced at R$999(~US$185) and the M8 Wi-Fi costs R$799(~US$148). On the other hand, the Canine Patrol Chase and Chase Patrol Skye cost R$679(~US$126). The tablets can be purchased from the official Multilaser website.
The four tablets feature the same 8-inch IPS display with an HD(1280 x 720 pixels) resolution. The screen has thick bezels around the screen but it keeps the space for a speaker grille, single-selfie camera, and sensors.
The tablets are powered by the MT8765B chipset paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC internal storage. There’s a 4,000mAh battery inside without any fast charging technology. It boasts a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP selfie camera. All four models run on Android 11 Go Edition and have a custom skin running on top of it. The Canine Patrol models come with parental controls offering more security.
