The Redmi Note 10S sits between the Redmi Note 10 and the Redmi Note 10 Pro.  Unlike the latter two, it debuted with MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 out of the box. However, despite that, it has started receiving the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition only now.
