Apart from the flagship Neo 5S, iQOO also announced a premium mid-range model dubbed iQOO Neo 5 SE. The device shares design style with the high-end Neo 5S but is more affordable with a starting price of RMB 2,199 (~$345).
The iQOO Neo 5 SE sports a 6.67-inch LCD screen with support for a 144Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, and up to 650nit peak brightness. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. The smartphone is also equipped with a large 4500mAh battery and supports 55W flash charging.
For optics, there is a triple camera setup made up of a 50MP main shooter teaming up with an 8MP lens and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there is a 16MP front camera.
In addition, the Neo 5 SE packs three-dimensional dual speakers, linear motors, 4D game vibration, and a flagship full-link sound experience. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack and providing the interface is iQOO’s custom OriginOS based on Android 11.
The iQOO Neo5 SE will officially go on sale from December 28 but is presently on presale.
