The upcoming realme GT2 series will be booting into realme UI 3.0 out of the box, Xu Qi, vice president of realme has revealed.

realme UI 3.0 adopts a brand new visual style that spans across the UI, whether it’s the system or apps or even the icons. With it, you get a number of new goodies like Omoji using which you can create 3D avatars of your own face to better express yourself. Privacy has gotten a bump too, thanks to Enhanced App Permissions Control.

The Android skin was released in October this year and is based on Android 12, and as such, comes with most of the Android 12-specific features too, one of them being an enhanced privacy dashboard.

realme has also gone big on fluidity with new animations and the inclusion of an AI Smooth Engine and Smooth Animation Engine. The duo not only helps with stuff like app launch speeds and better RAM management but also makes games run smoother.
