OnePlus has recently launched the OnePlus 9RT smartphone and Buds Z2 TWS earbuds in India. Last week, tipster Yogesh Brar had claimed that the company will be holding a launch event in February to announce the OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G in India. The same month is also expected to see the arrival of the OnePlus Nord N20 in European markets. Reliable tipster Max Jambor has now tipped the launch date of the Nord CE 2 5G.
The above-shown image shared by Jambor reveals that the Nord 2 CE 5G will be launching on Feb. 11. The image also showcases the camera module of the device, which matches with the renders that were leaked in the recent past.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 specifications (rumoured)
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 is rumored to arrive with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. The punch-hole screen is expected to support a Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The handset will run on Android 12 OS, which will be overlaid with OxygenOS 12.
For selfies, the device will be equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear shell is likely to feature a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro triple camera unit.
The Dimensity 900 chipset will be powering the Nord CE 2. It may come with 6 GB / 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of internal storage. It will draw power from a 4,500mAh battery, which is expected to carry support for 65W fast charging. It is likely to be priced between Rs 24,000 (~$321) and Rs 28,000 (~$374). The Nord CE 2 is expected to arrive in black and green colors.
