Several reports have claimed that Motorola will be launching the Motorola Edge 30 Pro in India and Europe this month. A fresh teaser released by the Lenovo-owned brand confirms that a new Edge-series phone will be launching on Feb. 24 in India. It appears that the company could be teasing the arrival of the Edge 30 Pro flagship phone.

Reports have revealed that the Motorola Edge 30 Pro will be a rebranded version of the Moto Edge X30 that debuted as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phone back in December 2021. The leaked renders of the Edge 30 Pro have revealed that it will look exactly like the X30. However, there is a possibility that the Edge 30 Pro could be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner instead of a side-facing one, which is available on the X30.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro specifications (expected)

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro may come with a 6.7-inch OLED display with a punch-hole design. It may offer an FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 576Hz touch sampling rate. It may feature a 60-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth) triple camera unit.

The device is likely to come preinstalled with Android 12 OS and MyUI. At present, there is no information available on its pricing. It is likely to arrive in black and white color options.
