The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics which ended yesterday brought to the world’s consciousness ice and snow sports such as skating, skateboarding, and others. During the event, Honor which is one of the official sponsors of China’s national ice and snow and short track speed skating team unveiled a customized edition of the Watch GS 3. The product is presently on sale in China and carries a price tag of 1299 yuan (~$205).
According to Honor, the “Moment of Glory” version depicts transcendence and challenge, paying tribute to the tenacious fighting spirit of athletes, using the speed and passion of lightning to conquer the arena and crown the king.
In terms of the configuration, the Honor GS3 Moment of Glory limited edition is basically the same as the regular edition. As a reminder, the watch packs a 1.43-inch AMOLED high-definition color screen. The display screen is made of 3D thin and light curved glass which ensures a larger display area and has a 326PPI retina-level resolution, bringing users a clear and easy reading experience.
The watch has a built-in dual-frequency five satellite navigation system, multi-sensor fusion positioning, which shortens the positioning time by 47% and improves the positioning accuracy by 167%.
Furthermore, the Honor Watch GS 3 is equipped with an 8-channel heart rate AI engine and runs on an upgraded Honor Health5.0 software which integrates the heart rate signals collected by the 8-channel PPG monitoring module with AI.
In terms of battery life, the Honor Watch GS 3 has a long battery life of 14 days and also supports fast charging, which can be used for a whole day after charging for 5 minutes.
