Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi will be holding a launch event on March 9 in India. It is expected to unveil the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G on the said date. Ahead of the launch, PassionateGeekz has tipped the pricing and sale date of the Note 11 Pro series for India.
Redmi Note 11 Pro series price in India, variants
The publication claimed that the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G will be available in two variants such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. These models are likely to be priced at Rs 16,999 (~$224) and Rs 18,999 (~$251), respectively. It will be available in colors like Sky Blue, Phantom White, and Stealth Black.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G will also come in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB variants. These models are likely to be priced at Rs 21,999 (~$290) and Rs 23,999 (~$317), respectively. It will come in Mirage Blue, Phantom White, and Stealth Black colors. Recent reports have revealed that the global Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G will be rebranded as the Note 11 Pro+ 5G in India.
Redmi Note 11 Pro, Pro+ 5G specifications
The Redmi Note 11 Pro is a 4G LTE phone, whereas the Pro+ is a 5G-ready device. Both phones have a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz screen, MIUI 13 flavored Android 11 OS, and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The Note 11 Pro has a 108-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro) quad-camera unit. The Note 11 Pro+ 5G has a 108-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
The Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ 5G phones have LPPDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, and a microSD card slot. They are backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. For security, they are equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner. The Note 11 Pro is powered by the Helio G96 chip, whereas the Note 11 Pro+ 5G gets the Snapdragon 695 SoC.
