Amazon India already has a landing page for the upcoming boAt smartwatch talking about some of its specs and features but the launch date and price still remain a mystery.

The watch has been made to capture the essence of India and even its name, the boAt Wave Pro 47 is a reference to the Independence of India in 1947. On to the specs and features, the smartwatch will come with a 1.69-inch screen with a square design dial and a peak brightness of 500 nits. It will come with a side button for navigating and accessing the menu. Users can change the watch faces of the wearable and personalize it using the companion app on their smartphones. The special feature offered with this smartwatch is to do with the subcontinent’s favorite sport, Cricket. The boAt Wave Pro 47 provides a feature showing live cricket scores so you don’t miss even a second of a match even while on the move.  Boat says with this smartwatch, users will be able to keep an eye on the live scores of cricket matches and get the latest updates. This feature is available for India Men’s and Women’s team ODI, T20I, and IPL games.

The smartwatch is capable of lasting up to 7 days on a single charge and comes with a fast charger capable of charging the device from 0-100% in just 30 minutes.

Additionally, the smartwatch offers a SpO2 sensor, a heart rate tracker, a pedometer, a temperature monitor, sleep tracking, sedentary reminders, and multiple sports modes including custom running plans which can be accessed via the boAt Crest app. The boAt wave Pro 47 also offers generic smartphone features like checking notifications, music control, and camera control. As the smartwatch has already been listed on Amazon India, we can expect it to launch in the coming days.
