According to an official announcement post on realme Community, the brand has begun to push a new software build for the realme 9 5G SE in India. The first-ever system update for the handset arrives with firmware version RMX3461_11.A.06.

Per the official changelog, the latest build brings a fix for a refresh rate switching issue, which is responsible for app stutters. It also comes with fixes for some known issues to improve system stability. Finally, it also arrives with March 2022 security patches.

The new software update is said to be seeded out in batches. Anyway, as the smartphone is on sale for only a couple of days, almost all buyers should be greeted with this update while setting up the phone. Therefore, most of them will not have to face the aforementioned app stutter issue caused by improper refresh rate switching.

Talking about the device, the main highlights of realme 9 SE are Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset and 144Hz display (LCD). It is priced at ₹19,999 and ₹22,999 for 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB memory configurations respectfully.
