POCO has scheduled to launch the POCO X4 Pro 5G on March 28 in the Indian market. Ahead of its launch, the tipster Yogesh Brar has shared the full specs sheet of the upcoming smartphone.

What’s Changed in the Indian model of POCO X4 Pro 5G?

The POCO X4 Pro 5G was recently launched in the global markets with 108MP camera cameras. However, in the Indian market, the phone will have a 64MP camera. Other units remain the same. The smartphone will have a 64MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple camera array. On the front, it will have a 16MP selfie shooter.

This camera change could have been done to meet the competition in the Indian market. Since many phones in the budget segment are having similar specs as the upcoming POCO X4 Pro 5G.

Display and Chipset

Coming to the display, the smartphone will feature a 6.67-inch punch-hole display with Full-HD+ resolution. It will be an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa-core SoC paired with 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It is expected to come with a microSD card slot for storage expandability.

Battery, OS, 5G Bands

It will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner boot on MIUI 13 (Android 11 OS) out of the box. The 5G phone will have 7 5G bands in the country.

Price in India

Now that the specs are known, the only major thing left to learn is the pricing. For those unaware, the POCO X4 Pro 5G’s specs resemble the recently launched Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. That being said, we can expect the phone to cost under Rs. 20,000 (~$261), given that the Note 11 Pro+ 5G starts at Rs. 20,999 (~$274).
