Last month, Realme launched their latest numbered series, the Realme 9 Pro Plus along with the Realme 9 Pro in India. The Realme 9 Pro Plus came with an impressive spec sheet compared to its price point, and now, the brand has officially announced that the smartphone will debut in Brazil on March 31st.

According to a Tudocelular report, the smartphone will be launched in Brazil on March 31st in an online event scheduled for 12:00 pm (Brasilia time). The device was launched in India at a starting price of Rs 24,999 (~$333). However, it is expected to be priced higher in Brazil.

The brand stated that the smartphone will come with the Sony IMX766 camera, with an OIS lens, a 1/1.56″ sensor, and an extensive pixel area, which promises to deliver beautiful images for the intermediate smartphone segment.

The Realme 9 Pro Plus features an AMOLED screen that measures 6.43 inches. The FHD+ panel delivers a 90Hz refresh rate. For selfies, it has a front camera of a 16-megapixel front camera, and its rear-mounted camera island has an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Dimensity 920 powers the Realme 9 Pro Plus. It ships with up to 8 GB of LPPDR4x RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 60W rapid charging.

An interesting feature of the Realme 9 Pro Plus is the heart-rate sensor, which can be accessed through the in-display fingerprint scanner. The device offers other features like a vapor chamber cooling system, an X-axis linear motor, 5 GB of virtual RAM, Android 12 OS with Realme UI 3.0, dual speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a Light Shift Design.
