A few days ago, Lenovo-owned Motorola had announced the Motorola Edge S30 Champion Edition smartphone in the market and from today, the device is now available for purchase in the Chinese market.

Compared to the regular model of Motorola Edge S30, this Champion Edition comes with an increased storage capacity. Everything else on the device appears the same as the standard model available in the market.

The Motorola Edge S30 Champion Edition comes in two color options — Phantom Black and Glacier Blue. It comes packed with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal for the price of 2,499 yuan which is roughly $392.

As for the specifications, the smartphone features a 6.8-inch LCD display with Full HD+ screen resolution that offers a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC.

It packs 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, unlike the regular model that had the maximum internal storage of 256GB. The device also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security.

In the camera department, there’s a triple-camera setup on the back consisting of a 108-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel secondary lens, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. On the front side, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel camera snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

The Motorola Edge S30 Champion Edition runs the Android 12 operating system with the company’s own My UI 2.0 on top. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that comes with support for 33W fast charging.
