According to a 91Mobiles report, sources close to the matter have claimed that the brand is planning on announcing the Moto G22 for the Indian market next week. In other words, the company is bringing the device to the Southeast Asian nation just a month after its global release. Reportedly, the Moto G22 will be launching in India sometime next week, which is between April 4 and April 10. So if this news is true, we can expect Motorola will likely start sharing official teasers of the device in the country soon.

Talking about the smartphone itself, the device is expected to arrive with a refreshed design that consists of a premium build quality. The device will likely sport a 6.22 inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, a MediaTek Helio G37 chipset will run the handset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.

This setup will include a 50 megapixel primary camera setup, 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 2 megapixel depth sensor, and another 2 megapixel macro camera.
