With the beginning of April comes April Fools’ Day which brings along some of the most comical and hilarious pranks from tech companies for the entertainment of the masses, so let’s take a look at what this year’s fools day had in store for us.
Nothing Another (1)
The up-and-coming tech brand teased a picture of their upcoming smartphone via Twitter yesterday, and today, Nothing revealed Another (1) phone, which is, as the name suggests, another run-of-the-mill “oh so boring” smartphone. The company takes a dig at other smartphone makers as Nothing proclaims that its upcoming smartphone dubbed the Nothing Phone (1) will be different from others.
Xiaomi ConfiBoost Tablet
Indian customers and Xiaomi fans alike have been asking the Chinese tech giant to launch a tablet in India. Customers were overjoyed when Xiaomi finally released a teaser of an upcoming tablet coming to the country a few days ago. And tablets they did deliver. The company earlier today launched the ConfiBOOST Tablet which is a pill instead of a tablet computer.
The company says that it will get rid of all your problems, only if you believe.
There is also a link to claim the tablet for free but there is no confirmation if Mi fans were actually able to get their hands on some.
DIZO Nada Watch (1)
Now comes one of the most hilarious pranks of the day. The Dizo Nada Watch (1). Taking a direct jab at Nothing, Dizo announces the launch of their 100% transparent watch. According to them, the watch is super lightweight and 100% waterproof. The watches also come in three colors being Transparent 1, Transparent 2, and Transparent 3. It features a Spectacular Design, Bright, Classic & Intense Transparency, Easy Heart Monitoring, and much more, at a special launch price of ₹0, says the company.
