Samsung has quietly unveiled the Galaxy S20 FE 2022, which is exclusively available in South Korea. The device has been available for purchase in the home market through partnered carriers, such as KT and LG Uplus. The Galaxy S20 FE 2022 features a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution. The Infinity-O punch-hole display offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The front side of the Galaxy S20 FE 2022 has a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and its back panel has a 12-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) + 8-megapixel (telephoto, with OIS) triple camera unit.
The Snapdragon 865 chipset is present under the hood of the device. It comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The device packs a 4,500mAh battery. However, there is no information on the fast-charging and wireless charging capabilities of the device. It is unclear whether the device runs on the latest Android 12 OS or Android 11.
The Galaxy S20 FE 2022 comes with an IP68 rated chassis. For security, it features an in-screen fingerprint scanner. According to GSMArena, it is the same Galaxy S20 FE that debuted in 2020. However, the AKG headset is no longer included in the retail box of the phone.
