Xiaomi went for the design as a pilot’s fashion has changed much from the 20th to the 21st century due to its timeless design, and the brand wanted to provide the timeless fashion experience to the general public as well.
Despite its slim profile, customers need not worry about the durability of the sunglasses. The Xiaomi Pilota Sunglasses are constructed with a lightweight and high-quality stainless steel aluminium frame, as according to Xiaomi, they believe that sunglasses should be designed with the comfort of the user as a priority and then durability.
Next is the lens of the Xiaomi Pilota Sunglasses. The sunglasses are equipped with industry-leading Nylon-polarised lenses that are imported from Germany. The lenses have several special light refraction properties such as UV400 Protection, which can help shield your eyes from harmful ultraviolet rays from the Sun more effectively than your conventional sunglasses.
In addition, the lenses are coated with a thin film of protective transparent paint which helps to make the sunglasses more resistant to sweat, fingerprints, oil and other undesirable viscous liquids on your lenses.
