Chinese smartphone brand Realme has announced its Global Photography Contest 2022 with winners rewarded with realme giveaways and a $10,000 pool. The theme of the contest is “Capture the Light.” and will showcase realme users’ photography skills. The prizes on offer include the realme GT 2 Pro, realme Buds Air 3, and cash prizes.
Inspired by realme’s “Dare To Leap” philosophy, the 2022 realme Global Photography Contest encourages photo enthusiasts to showcase their environment through the lenses of realme phones. There are four categories namely: Street, Portrait, Landscapes, and Creative. Fifteen winners will be selected by the panel after a rigorous screening process. The 2022 realme Global Photography Contest has three Grand Prizes, four Theme Awards, and eight Excellence Awards.
All winners will be issued an e-certificate, while the winning photos will be displayed on realme’s social media channels and official events. Winners will also be designated as realme’s associated photographers and resource persons during 2022.
Submissions for the contest have begun on March 31 and will extend to June 18. Judging and Selection are from June 19 to June 27. The process will culminate in the announcement of winners on July 5.
The 1st Place winner gets $5,000 + realme GT 2 Pro. The 2nd Place winner gets $3,000 + realme GT 2 Pro. The 3rd Place winner will get $2,000 + realme GT 2 Pro.
The four Theme Award winners will get the realme GT 2 Pro +realme Buds Air 3, while the eight Excellence Award winners will get the realme GT 2 Pro.
