Chinese tech giant Xiaomi last week launched the MIJIA Water Purifier 1000G with a composition designed to deliver dependable water purification in Chinese homes. The product is presently listed on Xiaomi Mall and carries a price tag of 2299 yuan (~$361). The gadget will be on pre-sale from April 15.
The MIJIA Water Purifier 1000G adopts a 1000G ultra-large throughput and a water output speed of 2.65 L/min. With this setup, the device can fill a 150mL water cup in just 3.5 seconds. This is guaranteed to meet the daily needs of a large family.
It adopts a five-in-one composite filter element teaming up with an RO filter element to efficiently filter out bacteria and heavy metals in the water, allowing pregnant mothers and babies to drink directly. At the same time, the full-time no-stale water technology is adopted. When idle, the filtered pure water is returned to the RO membrane, and the filter element is washed repeatedly to improve the water quality and taste. The first cup of water can be drunk with confidence.
The service life of the PPC composite filter element is 2 years, and the service life of the RO filter element is as high as 5 years. The performance is stable and the water utilization rate is improved, which greatly reduces the cost of core replacement and saves money.
The ratio of pure wastewater is as high as 3:1, and the ratio of pure wastewater can also reach 2:1 when the water quality is relatively poor. Compared with ordinary 400G water purifiers, it saves about 2433 liters of water per year.
The faucet that comes with the Mijia water purifier 1000G comes with a smart screen display. You don’t need to open the cabinet.
