Back in March 2022, we had covered that boAt was planning on launching a new truly wireless earbuds in India. Now, the Airdopes 500 ANC has been officially released in the country.
The latest wireless earphones from the brand features Bluetooth 5.2, and as the name suggests, offers up to 35dB of hybrid active noise cancellation as well. It features an in ear design, but does not have a stem. With ANC turned off, the earbuds can last for up to 5.5 hours, but this falls to 4.5 hours with ANC turned on. Furthermore, a single ful charge will have the earbuds last for up to 28 hours, when combined with its charging case.
A quick 5 minute charge will also let it offer up to 1 hour of audio playback. Notably, the boAt Airdopes 500 ANC also features a dedicated low latency mode and ambient mode. The latter helps provide users a transparency option to listen to the outside world without pausing their music or taking off the earbuds. Other features include a quad speaker setup with ENx technology that helps improve call quality and Instant Wake n Pair (IWP) for seamless connections.
It also supports Siri and Google Assistant and comes with an IPX4 water resistance rating as well. The new boAt Airdopes 500 ANC is available in multiple color options, including Black, Blue, White, and Gray. These earbuds are currently available for sale on Amazon India’s official website and retails for a price of 3,999 INR (roughly 52 US Dollars).
