The news arrives from sources close to the matter (Via MySmartPrice) who revealed key specifications of the smartphone and even its color options as well. For those unaware, we had reported on the Y15C model being spotted on GeekBench back in March 2022. This listing had revealed that the handset is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, which was also confirmed in the latest leak.

The sources stated that the Y15C will arrive in two color options, which includes Mystic Blue and Wave Green. Furthermore, the report also adds that the handset will come with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Notably, this can apparently be further expanded by up to 1TB through a microSD card slot. Under the hood,a large 5,000mAh battery pack powers the device. Other features include Multi Turbo 3.0 for performance boost and a side mounted fingerprint scanner.

On the front, the device will sport a 6.51 inch IPS LCD panel that has a HD+ resolution with standard 60Hz refresh rate. The Vivo Y15C will run on Android 12 based FuntouchOS 12 out of the box, along with a 13 megapixel dual camera setup on the rear and an 8 megapixel selfie shooter on the front. It will weigh around 179 grams and measure just 8.28mm in thickness.
