While the Apple iPhone 14 series is still months away from launch, there have already been various rumors and reports regarding the new devices surfacing recently. Now, the latest report has revealed more information regarding the iPhone 14 Pro series.

The latest news arrives from DSCC’s Ross Young who shared the details on Twitter. Looking at his tweet, the iPhone 14 Pro will apparently sport a 6.12 inch display, which is a bit larger than the 6.06 inch screen on the last gen iPhone 13 Pro. Similarly, the top end iPhone 14 Pro Max may feature a 6.69 inch panel, which is also ever so slightly larger than the 6.68 inch screen of the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

According to Ross Young, the reason for the display sizes becoming slightly bigger is due to the change in the notch design on the front. For those unaware, the Cupertino based giant is expected to finally get rid of the large notch on the front with a pill shaped cutout for the camera and Face ID sensors. So, the modest bump in screen size is likely due to the narrower bezels and the new punch hole design.

As of right now, we have no way of confirming this information. However, Young has been known as a reliable source, and the information is in line with our previous reports. But keep in mind that this is still unconfirmed report so take it with a pinch of salt and stick around for more updates.
