Chinese accessories manufacturer iFlyTek has launched the iFLYBUDS Pro truly wireless earbuds in China. The iFlyBUDS Pro is a successor to the iFlyBUDS TWS earbuds that were launched back in 2020.
In daily work and life, people often encounter sudden and important emergency calls or VoIP calls. In such scenarios, the steps involved connecting the phone with the headset and then opening the app which isn’t very fast. However, the iFLYBUDS Pro makes it easy to quickly connect to the mobile phone via Bluetooth. If there is a need to record the call, just press the touch button for 3 seconds and the phone enters the recording state.
After the recording is completed, users can transfer the data into the mobile app which can be played back, or transcribe the recording into text without omitting any information. The recordings can be saved in the built-in flash memory of the headset. Each headset can store up to 4 hours of recording content.
iFLYTEK has comprehensively improved the AI capability of the iFLYBUDS Pro. It supports translation in 7 languages including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, French, and Spanish.
In addition, after the recording is completed, whether it is a telephone recording or a live recording, AI can automatically distinguish the speaker according to the characteristics of the speaker’s voiceprint, automatically filter the redundant tone particles in the meeting during the sorting process, and intelligently mark key paragraphs to help Arrangement of information after the meeting.
In terms of design, the iFLYBUDS Pro utilizes a titanium space gray color matching which isn’t only simple but classic. Both the headphones and the charging case are full of high-quality textures. The charging case adopts a sliding cover design, which is convenient for users to operate with one hand.
When fully charged, the headset supports 10.5 hours of music, 7 hours of calls, and 5 hours of recording and transcription. The battery life extends up to 50 hours of music and 35 hours of calls with the charging case.
The iFLYBUDS Pro also comes with environmental noise reduction which reaches up to 45dB of noise reduction. It also supports three levels of microphone call noise reduction which allows the other party to hear clearly even when the call is made in a noisy environment.
In terms of sound quality, iFLYBUDS Pro uses a 10mm large moving coil and a Japanese Toray peek composite diaphragm with a three-frequency balanced and prominent low frequency, suitable for listening to more dynamic music set up. The earbuds come with Bluetooth 5.2, allowing the device to connect to two devices at the same time. Users can connect to both iPhone and Android phones as well as a mobile phone and tablet, a mobile phone, and a computer at the same time.
As for the price, iFLYBUDS Pro will retail for 899 yuan (~$133).
