Google Assistant is one of the best digital assistants in the market. It comes with multiple functionalities and its incorporation into the Galaxy Watch 4 offers a seamless interaction between users and their Galaxy Watch 4 models. The installation of Google Assistant on the device will allow users to receive quick answers to their voice prompts and questions. A number of tasks can also be completed on their devices using voice commands.

It is noted that the Galaxy Watch 4 came with Samsung’s digital helper Bixby. Google Assistant will thus expand the scope of services available. Using the Google Assistant, a Galaxy Watch 4 user can set a timer or an alarm, control compatible devices in the smart home ecosystem, and access information on the go. Google Assistant is now available to Galaxy Watch 4 users in 10 countries. These include the US, UK, Japan, Korea, France, Germany, Canada, and Australia. Other markets are expected to join subsequently.

Galaxy Watch 4 owners can go to the watch’s Play Store app and search for Google Assistant to install. The “Available on more devices” option should be chosen. The user should then pick Watch as the device you want to install the app into.
