Nothing Phone (1)

The company’s official Twitter shared a tweet in which it said just “This week.” This basically hints that Nothing will be announcing the launch date for the Phone (1) later this week. It is also entirely possible that the company meant an official launch later this week as well, but based on the brand’s tendency to create hype. The new tweet might just be another way of building anticipation.

The brand might also reveal some key details or the tease the full design of the phone as well. Based on previous reports the Phone (1) will be launching around the second half of next month, possibly around 21st July 2022. But it remains to be seen if that really is the case. The rumors so far has revealed that the brand’s first phone will pack a Qualcomm chip, which might be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.

It may sport a 6.55 inch Full HD+ OLED display and run on Android 12 OS based Nothing OS. The new phone will also feature a feature a recycled aluminum mid frame and a transparent back. So stick around for more as we will be covering the announcement later this week.
