Reports have revealed that iQOO is working on the iQOO 10 series of smartphones for China. The lineup may comprise of two devices: the iQOO 10 and the iQOO 10 Pro. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station has reportedly tipped the key specifications of the iQOO 10.

As can be seen in the screenshot above, while the tipster has shared the key specifications of a phone, he hasn’t mentioned its name. However, the comments section of the Weibo post reveals that he could be talking about the vanilla iQOO 10.

It appears that the iQOO 10 may arrive with a 6.78-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and DC dimming support. It could be powered by Qualcomm’s chipset that has the SM8475 part number, which means it may feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The SoC could be coupled with 12 GB of RAM.

iQOO 9 Pro

The rear camera of the alleged iQOO 10 could be headlined by a 50-megapixel camera with a 1/1.5-inch sensor size. It may have support for 120W fast charging.

It seems that the iQOO 10 may not be a significant upgrade over the iQOO 9, which debuted at the beginning of this year in China. The iQOO 9 has all the above-mentioned specs along with a 50-megaixel (main) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) triple camera unit, a 16-megapixel front camera, 8 GB / 12 GB of LPPDR5, 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,700mAh battery.

Previous leaks by the same tipster revealed that the iQOO 10 Pro would also feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It may arrive as the world’s first smartphone with support for 200W fast charging, which is said to achieve a full charge in just 12 minutes. It may also support 65W wireless charging. The iQOO 10 duo are expected to launch in July.
