Earlier today (24th June 2022), we had covered an announcement from Huawei that confirmed the launch date for the Nova 10 series of smartphones. Now, the top end Pro model from the series might have just been spotted in an online benchmark listing. This revealed some of its specifications, so let’s have a look.

According to a MySmartPrice report, a smartphone model from the Chinese tech giant had surfaced on popular benchmarking platform, GeekBench. This handset carried the model number GLA-AL00. In other words, this device is likely a part of the Nova 10 series and is the higher end Pro variant. Furthermore, the benchmark listing also revealed the Nova 10 Pro‘s SoC, OS version, and even RAM.

Looking at the GeekBench results, the smartphone scored 784 points in single core tests and 2813 points in the multi core test. Its processor is an octa core chip with four cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four cores that are clocked at 1.8GHz. So, it is undoubtedly the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, which will be paired with the Adreno 642L GPU. The benchmark also lists the device running on Android 11 OS.

Another notable details is that the Nova 10 Pro will launch with at least one storage configuration that has 8GB of RAM. From what we know so far, the device is expected to sport a 6.7 inch curved OLED display and a pill shaped cutout on the front for its dual selfie camera module and support for 120Hz refresh rate. The device might feature around 100W fast charging and will feature a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back.
