Xiaomi 360º Home Security Camera 1080p 2i has been introduced to the Indian market. The Xiaomi 360º Home Security Camera 1080p 2i comes with AI human motion detection and two-way real-time communication. The new Xiaomi home security camera is available from Mi.com, Amazon.in and other retail outlets across India. It comes at a launch price of Rs. 2,999 (~$38).
The India unveiling of the Xiaomi 360º Home Security Camera 1080p 2i comes barely a year after the launch of its predecessor in India. The Xiaomi 360º Home Security Camera 2K Pro was launched back in August 2021.
The new security camera provides improved surveillance for the owner’s home. Its 2MP camera delivers 1080p FHD videos across 360 degrees horizontally. The camera can also move up to 108 degrees vertically. It offers free 7-days motion-triggered videos and can be connected via Wi-Fi 2.4GHz. Night vision capability is also featured in the Xiaomi 360º Home Security Camera 1080p 2i with its 940nm infrared LEDs.
Intelligent motion detection is provided by AI human detection technology which combines AI with deep learning. It effectively filters out false alarms thus enhancing its accuracy. The two-way voice calling features active noise reduction for enhanced call clarity. The camera can be operated remotely via the Xiaomi Camera Viewer app and up to 64GB of memory is available on the camera.
