As planned, Samsung has launched the Galaxy M13 series in India today. The lineup consists of two models, namely Galaxy M13 and Galaxy M13 5G. The former is different from the original Galaxy M13 and the latter is a new device. Let’s look at their specs, pricing, and availability.

The Galaxy M13 sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with 480 nits peak brightness level and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Whereas, the GAlaxy M13 flaunts a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 400 nits peak brightness level, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The LCD panels on both these handsets feature a dewdrop notch.

The 4G-only model is powered by an Exynos 850 SoC, while the 5G variant houses a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. They boot One UI 4 Core based on Android 12 with Samsung Knox security and RAM Plus feature.

Both come with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. But the 4G version also has a 5MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video calls, the 5G variant useless a 5MP snapper as opposed to an 8MP shooter on the 4G model.

The duo supports 15W wired charging and the charger is included in the box. However, the Galaxy M13 5G is backed by a smaller 5,000mAh battery than a 6,000mAh battery inside the Galaxy M13.

The Samsung Galaxy M13 series will retail at the following price tags in India.

    • 6GB + 128GB – ₹13,999 ($175)
  • Galaxy M13 5G
    • 4GB + 64GB – ₹13,999 ($175)
    • 6GB + 128GB – ₹15,999 ($200)

They can be purchased in either Aqua Green, Midnight Blue, or Stardust Brown color options.

The phones will go on sale starting July 23 via Samsung.com, Amazon India, and select offline stores. Customers can avail of a ₹1,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit card transactions.
