In August 2021, a Realme device with RMX2109 was spotted in the database of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The same device was certified by the FCC authority in May this year. Now, it has bagged approval from the SIRIM authority. The Malaysian certification platform confirms that it will debut with the Realme Buds T100 moniker on the market.

Unfortunately, the SIRIM listing of the Realme Buds T100 has no information on its specifications. But its FCC appearance did reveal some of its key details.

The FCC certification of the Buds T100 revealed that it carries support for Bluetooth 5.3 LE. Each earbud has a 40mAh battery, and the charging case houses a 400mAh battery. The label location FCC document gives some hints on the design of the charging case. The image also confirms that the charging case will offer IPX5 water resistance.

With these details already known, it appears it may not take too long for the Realme Buds T100 to go official in markets like Malaysia and India.

In related news, Realme has confirmed that it will be holding a launch event on July 26 in India to announce 5G-powered AIoT devices. The Chinese manufacturer will be launching multiple products, such as new Bluetooth neckband earphones, a desktop monitor, the Realme Watch 3, the Realme Buds Air 3 Neo, and the Realme Pad X 5G tablet.

The Pad X will be the only tablet in its price segment to carry support for 5G connectivity. It will probably be priced at around Rs 20,000 in the country. The company is also expected to announce accessories like a smart keyboard and a stylus for the Pad X.
