Vivo is expected to launch two new smartphones in its V series, dubbed the Vivo V25 and the Vivo V25 Pro. The vanilla model is expected to debut in August, while the Pro variant is rumored to arrive in September in India.
The V25 Pro has already appeared on the IMEI database, revealing some key details about the device. PriceBaba has spotted the device with the V2158 model number on the BIS certification site. The certification does not reveal any specifications. However, we already know what to expect as the device will debut as a Vivo S15 Pro rebrand that recently launched as a China-exclusive device.
Vivo V25 Pro 5G specifications (expected)
The V25 Pro is expected to come with a 6.56-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the device will likely be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset. A previous report has revealed that it will be offered in three storage options-8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. And as for the battery, the device is expected to come with a 4,500mAh battery pack that supports 80W fast charging.
For photography, it will likely feature a triple camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V primary sensor, paired with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle unit and a 2-megapixel portrait camera. On the front, it could sport a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
