The Tecno Spark 9 was announced for the Indian market just a couple of days ago. Now, the new device is set to be released in the region at midnight. So let’s have look at its specifications, pricing, and offers.
Talking about the smartphone first, the Spark 9 sports a 6.6 inch HD+ LCD panel that has a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is equipped with a MediaTek HelioG7 SoC that is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the rear, it features a 13 megapixel dual camera setup while the front houses an 8 megapixel selfie shooter. The device is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack.
Other features include, a microSD card slot for memory expansion, a rear mounter fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Spark 9 runs on Android 12 OS based HiOS 8.6 and offers Dual SIM, 4G, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, and GPS connectivity options. The handset will be available in India in two color options, namely Sky Mirror and Infinity Black and will launch in two storage configurations as well.
The starting model is the 4GB + 64GB variant that costs 8,499 INR (roughly 107 US Dollars), while the higher end 6GB + 28GB model has a price tag of 9,499 INR (roughly 119 US Dollars). Tecno is set to launch the device at midnight later today (22nd July 2022), which will also mark the beginning of the highly anticipated Amazon Prime Day Sale 2022 event. The model is also exclusive to Amazon in the country.
