Motorola is all set to launch the Moto Razr 2022 in China on August 2. The smartphone will be the latest addition to the company’s foldable segment. Motorola hasn’t detailed the Moto Razr 2022 specs yet, but today it announced through a Weibo post that the smartphone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor. The company has been teasing the foldable for a while now, we already know that it will pack a dual rear camera setup.

Motorola didn’t divulge anything else about the upcoming smartphone, but the previous teasers have suggested that it will have a dual rear camera set up and will run MYUI 4.0 OS out of the box.

The Moto Razr 2022 is rumored to have a 6.7-inch P-OLED FHD+ foldable screen that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. It will likely have a 3-inch cover display on the back which can also be used to play games.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the device may come with a 50-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera setup. On the front, it could house a 32-megapixel camera for selfies.

The Moto Razr 2022 is expected to be fueled by a 2,800mAh battery. It may come with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The Motorola Razr 2022 may be priced at EUR 1,149 (roughly $ 1,173) in the European market. The smartphone is said to come in Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue color options. As mentioned, it will be launched on August 2 alongside the Moto X30 Pro.
