OnePlus entered the smartwatch segment with the OnePlus Watch, which was launched back in 2021. The watch was good but not earth-shattering. Now, rumors are rife that the company is working on another smartwatch that will be called the OnePlus Nord Watch. Details about the watch are still short. However, a noted tipster is here with information about the OnePlus Nord Watch’s color options and features.
Popular tipster Mukul Sharma hinted in a recent tweet the upcoming OnePlus Nord Watch will come in at least two color options- Black and White. The tipster claimed that the possibility of more finishes cannot be zeroed. Sharma further added that the Nord Watch will carry fitness-centric features on a budget and will also feature a solid battery.
Recently, the smartwatch’s design got revealed via health app. As per the app screenshots, the Nord Watch will have a rectangular dial instead of the circular one used on the OnePlus Watch. The watch appears to have a metal frame with rounded corners. It is also seen to have a crown button on the side.
The Nord Watch is rumored to feature all the monitoring features like a SpO2 sensor, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking. Like all the Nord branded products, the watch is also said to come with an affordable price tag and a decent feature set. The watch is rumored to be priced between 5,000 INR and 8,000 INR.
In addition, the smartwatch is also expected to launch in India soon as it has already been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database. The launch date and other details about the smartwatch are yet to be revealed. OnePlus is still mum about the existence of the watch, however, we expect to learn more about it in the coming days.
