After launching the OPPO A57 4G earlier this year in India and Thailand, the brand is planning to launch another device variant called the OPPO A57s. Partial specifications and pricing of the device have already been tipped.

Now, reliable tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has leaked the complete spec sheet and renders of the smartphone. So, let’s take a look at the details.

According to Sudhanshu, the OPPO A57s will come with a 6.5-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution (1612 x 720p) and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device will measure 163.74 x 75.03 x 7.99 mm and weigh 187g.

Under the hood, it’ll have a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, which means that the device will offer 4G connectivity only. The SoC is complemented by 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 memory. It will feature a 5,000mAh battery paired with 33W fast charging.

For optics, the device will feature a dual camera setup on the back consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. Up front, we’ll get an 8-megapixel selfie snapper.

Other than that, the device will have an Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 operating system, Stereo speakers, Side FPS, USB-C, 3.5mm jack, WIFI 5GHz, and Bluetooth 5.3.

Pricing & availability

So far, leaks have indicated that the OPPO A57s will be priced around EUR 199 for the 4GB + 128GB model. The launch date of the device is still a mystery, but we can expect more details to emerge in the coming days.
