Back in March 2022, Realme launched the Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone in China. The device came with an impressive spec sheet for the asking price, making it a proper flagship killer smartphone.
Now, it appears that the successor of the GT Neo 3 is already in the works as tipster Mukul Sharma informs that the Realme GT Neo 4 has been spotted on the company’s official Chinese and Indian websites.

Currently, there is no news on an expected launch timeline or expected specifications of the device. However, we are quite certain that the GT Neo 4 will come with upgrades all around the board compared to the GT Neo 3. Realme GT Neo 3 specifications
The Realme GT Neo3 has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It features the Dimensity 8100 chipset under the hood. The device includes LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The GT Neo3 features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies. The phone’s backside features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The GT Neo3 starts up with Android 12 and the Realme UI 3.0. It has a 4,500mAh / 5,000mAh battery that enables rapid charging at 80W / 150W. It has an in-screen fingerprint scanner for security.
